Condensing all the firepower of the blaster into a moderately bulky handgun, the blast pistol is easily one of the most destructive personal sidearms in the galaxy. Mercifully for its opponents, the blast pistol's compact design results in a drastically reduced range.

Lance (X): Whether via alien technology or sheer, overwhelming firepower, this weapon is capable of making a mockery of even the heaviest armor. It counts any Armor value higher than (X) as (X) for the purposes of dealing damage. For example, a Land Raider with Armor 50 would only count as Armor 35 against a weapon with the Lance (35) quality.
